Notebooks
All posts are classified into one of the notebooks (categories). Here?s a list in alphabetical order (links to categories will follow as I fill them with posts):
- Biocomplexity – applying complex systems theory to living things; focusing mainly on complexity on molecular level
- Bioinformatics – my scientific background; genome and protein annotation; next generation sequencing; genomics, proteomics and other -omics; scientific data management
- Comments – things that drawed my attention that did not fit into any other notebook; also, a waiting room for things I’m not sure where they fit
- Complex systems – posts about complex systems that do not fit into “living things” category; basics of this science and reading notes
- Memetics – ideas spread; I’m exploring this process and wonder how I can use this knowledge to improve… things in general
- Photography – science of making cool pictures; musings who is the audience in the the process of creating a photo; exploration of technical extremes in photography, particularly night photography
